How rank dynamic pages in google?

As dynamic pages created programatically, in most cases, those pages are ranked lower or not even cached in major search engines because search engines cannot follow these URLs.

If an URL with special characters (?, &, =, +) are considered as dynamic. The only way to cache these URLs is to convert these to static URLs. It is possible with by modifying your .htaccess file in the server Or you can try this online tool with help.
